At the main location on Airport Blvd. you may also arrange a property tax payment plan, order a tax certificate or arrange to pay next year's taxes in the escrow payment plan. NOTICE: all telephone services are provided at the main tax office number: (512) 854-9473. Satellite offices do not respond to customer telephone calls. In addition, do not use satellite addresses for mailed renewals or payments. Please use the mailing addresses outlined at the bottom of this page for any correspondence you intend to send by mail.

Please note: there is no drive through service at the Southwest (Oak Hill) satellite office. At all of the other locations, our drive-through specialists can help you with vehicle registration, tax payments, and voter registration. All vehicle title transactions, including new residents getting Texas plates for the first time, need to be conducted inside the tax office.
